Typical hosting fees are $19.95 per month for a business site - billed monthly to a credit card or invoiced semi-annually in advance. This includes unlimited email service and web statistics.

Custom designed professional web sites are priced based on content. A typical initial web presence with custom graphics and with "about us", "services", "testimonials", & "contact us" sections with less than 50 photos would be priced at $695.00 if hosted on our servers.

Budget sites with only a few pages can be implemented for as little as $295.00

Ongoing updates to websites are invoiced at $60 per hour with no minimum charge. For example, adding a photo and changing the price on a "home for sale" listing would take about 5 minutes ($5.00)

Most "add-ons" to websites - calendars, blogs, newsletter software, etc. range from $75 to $250 for licensing and installation.

You can manage your own URL registration annually, or we can do it for you. We charge $35 per year.

Pricing

Suggested pricing for SEO programs is evaluated individually for each domain. Pricing usually starts around $600 US/month, with the first three months monthly fee billed out at between $1200.00 and $2000.00 per month, and are based on elements including (but not limited to) the following:

Does the site have its own Uniform Resource Locator (URL) and Domain Name?
Does the site use non-search engine friendly elements such as Flash, Frames or JavaScript for navigation/content purposes?
Is your site mainly comprised of static HTML pages (.htm or .html), static .asp, .php pages, or dynamically generated pages?
Does your content management system allow the flexibility to uniquely optimize <head> tags, links and text content on each individual page?
What is the competition level of keyword phrases (how many other sites are competing for these phrases, and how aggressive is the competition within the industry)?
How many phrases do you want in your campaign?
Are you targeting regionally specific keyword phrases (can either increase or decrease your competition level, depending on your industry. For example, travel industry is extremely competitive)?
Does your site already contain sufficient well-written content that reflects the keywords selected for optimization and positioning, in comparison to the current top-ranked sites for your key phrases?
Is the internal linking structure of the site compatible with search engine spiders?
Are there sufficient incoming links to your site from other quality sites (related to your subject matter) in order to deem your site as “credible” as perceived by the search engines?
